 Channelizes manpower: Payroll Software have been developed mainly because for better results, effective calculations reduce manipulations due to manual use and increase system production.

Organization: Every process becomes organized and planned. The HR and Payroll System just need the data to be fed into systems and results will be churned out for better use and applications.  

Recruitment Process: The hiring process is one of the major events today for many companies. There is huge manpower hired for recruiting fresher’s and people of experienced cadre. Recruiting requires human psychologists and analysts who can read the mind of people with their actions and speech. Recruiting useful people always helps.  

Payroll and HR Software have many Demerits like:
 
Security: This is one major issue which makes this software’s check important. The HR and Payroll Software have many confidential information at hand. The safety measures should be verified at all levels and every time. If the security is not intact with the hardware compatibility them system can collapse drastically even if back up is available. This is not the case in terms of manual system handling. 

Conflict: HR and Payroll Software cannot be used by all people but the information stored can be accessed. This sometimes creates bias and appreciation within the workplace. The data stored is of such high integrity that it cannot be suitable in all hands.
